LINE COOK
As a line cook you will be preparing and cooking our 100% plant-based cuisine. We are a fun and faced past scratch kitchen that has become a destination icon for Denver. Our hard working and talented line cooks earn a base hourly wage plus a portion of our service fee adding up to an average range of $26-28/hour. Job Responsibilities:
Preparing ingredients, using kitchen equipment, ensuring all health, safety, and quality standards are met, training in all relevant stations, attending meetings and trainings
Ability to communicate quickly and clearly, ensure all COVID and general health and safety guidelines are followed, upholding code of conduct and any shifts in company policy, standing, lifting, using stairs, working in warm and cool environments
Job Requirements:
Managing ticket times is of utmost importance. Understanding and managing restaurant flow/ communicating with expo is critical to maintaining low ticket times.
All dishes should be made the same every time. You should taste the food to make sure they are made correctly.
All staff should be respectful and follow the policies and procedures of City O' City.
