As a SaaS sales representative with CSS, you will speak to foodservice customers who have purchased our SaaS software and match those customers with new software service products that best meet their needs. You will also be responsible for all aspects of managing these accounts. You will need to be cognizant of renewals, payment methods, and will have to obtain new credit cards information when needed. You must be able to cold call and close. CSS provides the support and training you need to get ahead during your employment at CSS. Job Description – Inside SaaS Sales

Our Sales Representatives work 8:00 to 5:00 with a highly sophisticated contact management system to maximize marketing efforts and manage leads. The ideal sales candidates will be technically savvy, self-motivated, conscientious, energetic and able to work as part of a team. This is a great opportunity, with unlimited earnings potential!

The primary responsibilities of our full-time Inside Sales Representatives are to handle Business-to-Business inbound sales calls and follow up other leads generated by the company’s extensive marketing efforts in advertising, direct marketing and trade shows. You must be ready, willing, and able to ask for the “close" and be comfortable closing sales in the tens-of-thousands-of-dollars range over the phone. This may include multi-copy sales of ChefTec products, large network and cloud sales, and sales of our top-of-the-line corporate product, CorTec. Knowledge of networking and technological infrastructure is necessary to be most effective with large sales.

Job Responsibilities:

Inside Sales Responsibilities

Full-time position.
Make outbound calls to existing customers to up-sell additional software and services.
Maintain all SaaS accounts.
Handle inbound sales lead calls, assess customer needs and provide software solutions, both SaaS and non-Saas.
Make outbound calls to leads generated from call-in’s, advertising, direct marketing and trade shows.
Make outbound calls to leads in contact management database.
Demonstrate the use of the ChefTec/CorTec software using remote access tools, such as GoToMyMeeting and WebEx.
Account management of existing customers.
Proof of Covid-19 vaccination prior to hire.

Job Requirements:

Must have a passion for technology, sales and must be highly motivated to succeed.
Must be a team player able to work with others toward accomplishing goals.
At least two years’ experience with business-to-business sales over the phone.
Strong closing skills.
Good oral and telephone communication skills.
Skills necessary to type, use software, and maintain company-wide contact management system.
Experience in software industry preferred.
Knowledge of foodservice industry a plus.
Experience with computer systems and networks, including understanding of LAN/WAN, Remote Desktop/Terminal Services, and Citrix environments a plus.
Some college work, degree preferred.
