Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts, excellent cooking skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A line cook is expected to execute food preparation, sanitation management, quality control, team collaboration, and efficiency. They must be able to work under pressure maintaining high levels of speed and accuracy during peak hours and communicate effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare food and keep the line and backups stocked
- Maintain a clean work station
- Know our menu/recipes/spec sheets
- Have strong foundation of culinary knowledge
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards
- Complete scheduled cleaning duties/side work
- Communicate clearly with staff
