A signing bonus of up to $2000.00 may be considered for successful candidates.

This position exists to provide Lory Dining Services with the ability and leadership to be dynamic in the development of emerging trends in both coffee and convenience items that meet the needs of the campus community. Duties include compliance with Environmental Health Services and state of Colorado rules and regulations, development and implementation of new menu items and updating standard operating procedures. Position has responsibilities and oversight over a combined revenue budget of $2.9 million. Position also has oversight of student staff, inventory management, sustainability efforts and develops training and development regimen in new and existing coffee shops & convenience stores and ensures excellent product quality and customer service through effective staff training. DEIJ initiatives are threaded into everything done and student success is the beacon that drives department staff. The department model consists of CSU students managing and staffed in each operation.

Job Requirements:

Possess a degree from an accredited college, university, academic or culinary institution with preference for a major or minor emphasizing business, hospitality management, management or related field.

Possess three years (36 months) of progressive full-time supervision experience in the retail or hospitality industry.
