Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities of a 626 Line Cook include preparing food to order with fine dining attention to detail and execution; ability to work pantry, broil, and sauté stations; fish and meat butchery; farm fresh produce preparation; safe food handling; proper food service sanitization; effectively work with the culinary and service teams, professional communication with team members. Creative collaboration with team members.
Job Requirements:
626 on Rood Line Cook requirements include 2 years’ experience within the last 3 years of working in a detailed focused, professional kitchen. Culinary skill set must include broil and sauté experience, salad preparation, execution of made to order menu items, and strong attention to detail. Must be grounded in a team focused work environment. Serve Safe certification, or equivalent, preferred The more you know, the more you earn. Able to work a regular schedule, Tuesday thru Saturday, 2-10pm.
