Job Description:

Live Slow Brewing has an opportunity for career advancement for the right candidate. We have a food truck currently in operation. However, we will have our main location kitchen opening this summer. This position will oversee both operations with an emphasis on the main kitchen as the keystone. Our vision for food style is best described as elevated bar food. Items such as a rocky mountain hot chicken sandwich, burgers, and loaded fries. Though, this position comes with creative freedoms as long as the general direction of food style is agreed upon. It is a full time salary position with benefits. $60,000-$80,000 a year with Full healthcare coverage and paid time off. Must have 2+ years experience in a busy kitchen environment. Must have managerial experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

Managing food ordering and inventory for Live Slow Brewing and all auxiliary food operations (Food truck, pop up events, etc) these shall be referred to as food operations going forward in this document
Managing and maintaining food costing and menu design for all food operations
Taking part in and leading hiring and managing staff for all food operations
Creating and maintaining employee schedules and training
Supervising and executing all aspects of food operations, including prep and service when needed
Interacting with customers to obtain feedback on food and for events such as beer pairings, special diner events, and catered private events
Applying and maintaining all health and safety food licenses through Jeffco and any other county or city we may do business in
Keeping and maintaining a Servesafe food handler management certification
Maintaining sanitation standards throughout all food operations
Quality control all menu items throughout all food operations
Purchasing and sourcing kitchen equipment and supplies as needed
Working with the Ownership on large scale decisions pertaining to food operations.
