Job Description:

Ready Foods is a family owned and operated custom food processor. Since 1972 we have been providing excellent service and products to the restaurant and retail industries. We produce a wide variety of products including soups, sauces, salsas, and beans.

Job Description
Cooking variety of sauces, soups, salsas, and beans in industrial size kettles (200 gallons)
Ensuring each cook cycle is completed accurately by controlling the ingredients entering the kettle, the cook time and cook temperatures.
Accountable for ensuring recipes are accurately followed and meet quality and sensory requirements to ensure customer satisfaction.
Adheres to the highest standards of company and plant safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations

Job Requirements:

Lifting up to 75 pounds frequently
Must be able to read and write
Must be at least 18 years of age
Previous work experience in a food facility is a plus but not required
