Job Description:
The Floor Manager will be expected to oversee front of house restaurant operations. This includes:
- Supporting staff in their roles
- Making on-the-spot decisions on behalf of the restaurant
- Opening and/or closing the restaurant
- Assisting with inventory (tracking, stocking, etc.)
- Handling money
- Logging daily activity
- Mediating conflict
- Supporting a positive customer experience
- Enforcing expectations
- Being a team player
Job Requirements:
Applicant is required to have management experience in the service industry.
